After having her heart broke when she was 19 Lily has given up on marriage, children and the white picket fence and focused on her dream of opening her own bakery. She has worked hard to get where she is so when she the opportunity to vacation at her friend’s beach house it sounded like a dream came true until she arrived, and she had to face her past face to face.
Brut is a single father who runs his own business. He has regretted the decision he made 22 years ago when he broke both his and Lily’s heart but sometimes things happen for a reason. Now that he has seen Lily again he wants a second chance, but will she agree?
This is a fun and flirty story about two people who have always belonged together getting their second chance. It is great to catch up with the other characters in the series.
