Violet is a school teacher who while on summer break is filling in for her sister Veronica, who is on vacation with her boyfriend, at Goldilocks when she receives a frantic phone call from Mike.

Mike is a doctor who is desperate need of a fake girlfriend for a week to hold off his mother’s matchmaking attempts.   He calls looking for his friend Veronica but when she is unavailable he convinces Violet to do the deed.   What could possibly go wrong?

This story is a second chance at love that takes you on a fun filled ride filled with heat and humor.    You never know what wild and wacky twist will be upcoming, but you do know that it will have you laughing out loud.  It was great to catch up with some of the previous characters and I look forward to more stories in this series.  I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
