Leo and Hope have both endured horrific pasts but how they have handled it is completely different. Hope tries to hide and lives in fear that her tormentors will find her, and she will end up in the same situation she escaped. Leo is on quest for vengeance to ensure that anyone and everyone that is responsible for his pain are punished his way, but he least he always had his best friend Jackson.

When Leo finds Hope he feels a connection unlike anything he has felt before. He is determined to protect her and give her the closure she needs, and he knows just the way to accomplish that. Leo and Hope are amazing together and I loved Jackson as well and hope he gets his own story.

This is a dark emotional story of incredible pain, strength, resilience and love.
