Title: The Good Mistake
Series: Hemsworth Brothers
Author: Haleigh Lovell
Genre: NA Rom-Com
Release Date: May 13, 2019

We don’t make mistakes, right? Just happy little accidents. At least that’s what Bob Ross said. And my dad. Yep, he says that, too. Every year, on my birthday, he reminds me I’m a ‘happy little accident’ because the condom broke.

But, hey! Wasn’t the creation of penicillin a happy accident that resulted from the discovery of mold growing in an agar dish?

And while that accidental discovery changed the course of medicine, Lucy changed the course of my life. Like a staph infection that somehow turns into an abscess that takes over your limbs, Lucy took over my heart—quickly, painfully, unexpectedly, but treatable with antibiotics.
Bold and brash and unapologetically herself, Lucy represents anarchy from women I typically dated.
She is my ‘Beautiful Oops.’
Lucy Lawless is my good mistake.

Ederic has a talent for attracting women who are beautiful but lack substance. After his most recent breakup his friends have decided that the type of women he has had in the past do not belong in his future so they set him up on a dating site.

Lucy is funny and outgoing but considers herself an acquired taste due to her lack of success with men. She has a talent for her relationships never lasting beyond the first date so when she meets Ederic they agree to a fake relationship so that his friends will stop matchmaking and she will have a place for her horse. What could possibly go wrong?

The interactions between them will have you laughing out loud and they have so much in common it is clear to see that they complete each other. This story wasn’t without emotion and Ederic showed the kind of man he was when she needed him the most. This was my first story by this author but it won’t be my last.
