Poppy has accepted that people only want to be with her because of who her father is and what he could do for them but that doesn’t mean she has to allow them into her inner circle. All she wanted to do was pick up some groceries so she never expected that her attempt to avoid one man would lead her into the arms of another man that she wouldn’t want to leave.
Harris is the perfect combination of sexy, single, successful and sweet. He is more than happy to come to Poppy’s rescue and pretend to be her boyfriend but are they lying to the people in town or lying to themselves?
Returning to Everton is always fun and this story was no exception.
