With the help of his uncle Sawyer overcame his difficult past and found a home at the Hades Outlaw MC of which he is now the President. While supporting a charity event at the hospital he meets Elizabeth and knows that they are meant to be together.
Elizabeth has followed in the footsteps of her father Simon who is a doctor and became a nurse like her mother Bridget. From the moment they meet the sparks fly and when she is being threatened there is no one else you would rather have in your corner than Sawyer.
