๐Review๐
When the mother of Marcoโs 16 year old son passes away Marco is determined to be there for Ale so he walks away from his professional football career and returns to the US. Ever since her divorce Diane is trying to balance her career as a principal and her teenage daughter Mia and her teenage son Micah.
Diana has been best friends with Marcoโs ex since their children were little and Ale is a huge part of her and her childrenโs lives. Although Marco and Diana are attracted to each other both their lives have undergone a number of changes that they are both trying to adapt to and heal from so they definitely have some challenges to face.
Not only do we get the points of view of Marco and Diana but Ale and Mia as well. On the plus side this does give us some insight into what they were all going through but at times it is also distracting. I did enjoy this story and I would certainly read other books by this author.
