Ryan’s life isn’t turning out the way she planned as once again she has made the wrong choice when it comes to the men in her life and her career isn’t going much better which is making it difficult to help the one person who means the most to her. A trip to Vegas with her best friend seems like the answer to her problems until a new one develops when she finds herself married to Adrian even if she doesn’t remember it.
Adrian is a hockey player who is a force on the ice but due to insecurities the same can’t be said about his life off the ice. He should be on top of the world celebrating a Stanley Cup win with his teammates but instead he is reflecting on his less than stellar romantic past. A few drinks too many and he finds himself married to Ryan and that is when the fun really begins.
Ryan and Adrian couldn’t be more different or more perfect for each other. Deciding to stay married is a win-win for both of them and while this story has all the witty banter we enjoy it has an emotional pull as well that has you invested in ensuring that this couple gets the happiness they both deserve.
