After his career as a Navy SEAL ended for medical reasons, Jonah has become partners in a bakery with his best friends. Rachel was his instructor when they were learning all the tricks of the trade however he is finding it harder to deny his attraction to her now that is temporarily helping out at the bakery with one of his friends out of town.
Rachel is trying to move forward after the tragic death of her husband and believes that a casual relationship with Jonah will help her do that. As the danger escalates around them they soon realize that their relationship is far from casual as there is nothing that Jonah won’t do to keep her safe.
