Dory has endured so much heartbreak and pain and her marriage to Bram was no different. Circumstances forced them into a marriage that neither wanted but a decade later Dory realizes that she can’t continue facing the wrath of his family and the disdain of her husband, so she leaves.
Although they have been together for 10 years Bram realizes two things when she leaves how much he cares for her and how little he actually knows about her. The one thing he does know is that he is determined to convince her to give him a second chance, but he needs to find her first.
Dory is stronger and more resilient than even she knows, and I enjoyed seeing Bram and his family finally treat her the way she deserves as they take us on a suspenseful and emotional ride that doesn’t disappoint.
