Angus’s biggest regret is his ex-wife, but his greatest joy is his son Kade. You couldn’t blame him if he was jaded about love and relationships but when Tessa and her son Patrick come into their lives he soon realizes that friendship isn’t enough.
Tessa became a single mother before her son was even born and she is determined to give her son the best life she can. When their son become friends, she and Angus find themselves spending time together as well but not everyone is happy they are together and are determined to make the situation as difficult as they.
