Blake is very familiar with how fickle and demanding a career in Hollywood can be. His career as a screenwriter may be in jeopardy if he can’t come up with a script that will garner attention however his creativity is at an all time low. Some time away at a ranch might be just what he needs for motivation especially once he meets Gemma.
Gemma’s lifestyle couldn’t be more different from Blake as she works to prove that she is capable of managing the family ranch. When she meets Blake the sparks fly and they realize that she can help him out professionally and he can help her out personally but the feelings they are developing for each other is a complication they weren’t expecting.
