Brody is a force on the ice however off the ice he appears to be living the dream. He is a great teammate, a loyal friend and charming when it comes to the ladies. When he meets Bria he was only looking for some fun but when she initially only offers friendship he is willing to take what he can get.
Bria is still trying to heal from her past and that means ensuring that she doesn’t repeat the mistakes she made. When she meets Brody, she senses a kindred soul, and it is only a matter of time before friendship turns into so much more especially when she sees what he is determined to hide from everyone.
Brody and Bria take us on a heartfelt journey as they both have emotional scars that affect their decisions and their actions. The interactions between them were humorous and hot but it is the way they understand and are there for each other that will touch your heart.

Hannah Gray spends her days in vacationland, living in a small, quaint town on the coast of Maine. She is an avid reader of contemporary romance and is always in competition with herself to read more books every year.
During the day, she loves on her three perfect-to-her daughters and tries to be the best mom she can be. But once she tucks them in at night–okay, scratch that. Once they fall asleep next to her in her bed–because their bedrooms apparently have monsters in them–she dives into her own fantasy world, staying awake well into the late-night hours, typing away stories about her characters.
