Her latest assignment has her working undercover trying to keep her distance from Lee until she realizes he might make a better partner than adversary.

Lee is an investigative report who has ties to GEM and his investigation intersects with Pearl’s, so they find themselves working together. He is drawn to the fiercely independent woman and as the danger escalates around them so does the chemistry between them, but will he be able to convince her to trust him with her heart and her life?
