Although her co-workers may not believe it even though Scarlett’s father is a partner at the law firm where she is hired that isn’t the reason that she was hired. She may not have gotten off to the best start with Hudson, but she is determined to show him that she is more than capable of handling any job he assigns her.
If Hudson had his choice, he wouldn’t be working with Scarlett however that decision is not his to make. He isn’t about to let her or anything else stand in the way of advancing his career, but he soon realizes that while she may be an asset professionally, she might just be capable of turning his personal life upside down.
