Dillon is a professional hockey player who is dedicated to his career. During the offseason he returns to his hometown to spend time with his family and appreciates that when he meets Olivia appreciates that she wants to spend time with the man and the hockey player. As they spend time together the sparks fly until she realizes who he is, and it is game over.
After a devastating accident ending her figure skating career, Olivia is ready to bring the next stage of her life. Finding out that Dillon is a member of the team that hired her to help coach the players in their skating techniques is a complication she can’t afford. The chemistry and connection between them is undeniable but will it cost her the career she is trying to build?
This was my first book from this author, but it definitely won’t be my last. The characters draw you in, the romance is heartwarming and there is a great cast of secondary characters some of which you will like and some you won’t as Dillon and Olivia realize what really matters.
