Alex has always put her family first so it was only fitting that she would manage her sister’s B & B while she was out of town. What she hadn’t expected was that one of the guests would be Alex, who is not only a friend of her brothers but a man she spent a steamy evening with. He certainly left an impression on her but the same can’t be said for him as he doesn’t even remember her or their time together.
Nate was going through a difficult time when he met Alex, and he regrets that he doesn’t remember their time together. Now he is focused on giving his twin daughters the love and security they deserve so he is cautious as he doesn’t want to hurt his relationship with her and her family, but some things are meant to be.
I enjoyed seeing the relationship develop not only between Alex and Nate but the relationship she had with his daughters as well. Both Alex and Nate have been hurt in the past and they take us on a journey filled with humor, heat and heart as what was supposed to be fun starts to feel like forever.
