The biggest regret that Tanner has is ending his relationship with Grace after spending one unforgettable summer together until his departure left them both devastated. Professionally is life turned out the way he expected but personally he has never been able to move forward. It will be five years before he sees her again and it only reinforces his feelings for her are stronger than ever however he is in for quite the challenge as he tries to convince her to give him a second chance.

Grace has tried to forget about what she shared with Tanner however that is easier said than done even if she is engaged to another man. Seeing him again brings up all the pain that she has tried to bury especially when he wants a second chance, and she isn’t about to forgive and forget.

Tanner is swoony as he acknowledges that leaving Grace is the biggest mistake of his life and he will do whatever is necessary to find his way back to her. Grace’s need to protect herself is understandable but despite everything she has been through she is feisty, fierce and willing to go after what she wants even with the emotional rollercoaster, she finds herself facing.
