Since Cutler was born everything that Nash does is focused on what he needs and being the best father he can be since his mother isn’t in their lives. His first meeting with Emerson was not ideal as he was not happy that she was taking over as his son’s pediatrician. Now they find themselves neighbors and their lives become connected as Cutler has claimed Emerson as “his girl”.
Emerson has come to Magnolia Falls looking for a place to regroup and is not planning on staying. One visit was all it would take for Cutler to steal her heart and as she spends time with Nash it does not take long for him to steal her heart. They fit into each other’s lives like two pieces of a puzzle however they find themselves facing both the past and an uncertain future.
The romance between Nash and Emerson was enchanting as each other’s happiness was their top priority. Cutler is a scene stealer and the relationship he has with his dad is adorable as well as his relationship with Emerson. The narration of this story brought out every humorous moment, every heartfelt emotion and you could feel the depth of the relationship between Nash, Emerson, and Cutler as well as everyone else in their lives.
