Mollie’s parents divorced when she was a child and when she and her mother exchanged their life on the ranch to one in the city it led to a distance between her and her father. When she finds out that he has passed away and has left her his ranch her plan is to sell it so that she can pursue her own dreams until the land, the people and a charming cowboy have her second guessing that situation.

Cash is devoted to the ranch as he was to her father so it is understandable that he was taken aback that he could lose it all. He expects Mollie to be a pampered princess and that the requirement for her to spend the next year on the ranch will be difficult however he never expected that the most difficult part would be if she decided to leave.

This is a wonderful introduction to a new series that will leave you wanting more stories in this locale. Cash is the perfect mix of sweet and swoony while Mollie is feisty and realizes where her true happiness lies. The romance between them enchanting, the banter humorous and their story has all the feels.
