Cala Riley, better known as Cala and Riley, are a pair of friends with a deep seated love of books and writing. Both Cala and Riley are happily married and each have children, Cala with the four-legged kind while Riley has a mixture of both two-legged and four. While they live apart, that does not affect their connection. They are the true definition of family. What started as an idea that quickly turned into a full-length book and a bond that will never end.
Hockey has always played an important part in Clayton’s life and now it may be in jeopardy due to his grades. He needs help to ensure that doesn’t happen however he never expected that his tutor would be Grace the woman who intrigued him from their first meeting.
Grace wants more than friendship with her best friend Kellen however he doesn’t seem to feel the same way. When she meets Clayton, she is surprised by her feelings for him and the more time they spend together the more she realizes that he is both the friend and man that she deserves.
Clayton and Grace brought out the best for each other and their romance was heartwarming. They are also surrounded by a great group of friends and teammates that leave you wanting more of this series.
