When Riley decides to relocate to Port Stewart, she hopes that it will give her the inspiration she needs to finish her romance novel. One of the changes she needs to make is changing her phone number however this quickly appears to be a mistake due to the number of texts she is receiving for the previous owner which include those from his very determined ex.
Connor may have been with his ex for several years, but it was not all good. All he wants is to move on from the relationship however neither she nor anyone he knows agrees. This is where he gets the idea to pretend that he and Riley are in a relationship and that is when the fun really begins!
Riley is feisty as she does not back down from his ex, or the townspeople and I enjoyed seeing Connor finally go after who he wanted. The actions of the townspeople are sure to bring a smile to your as they are very invested in Connor’s romantic life and are not afraid to share their opinions.
