But I am, because no matter how familiar Echo is, I’ll never look at her the same.
This morning, I notice things about her I never have. Though she’s all woman, her long, dark lashes brush round cheeks that are almost girlish. Her lips are rosy, the bottom one heavy and pouty when it parts slightly, as if in unspoken invitation. Her bare shoulder is dotted with two tiny freckles, which peek out above the crisp white sheet covering the rest of her body. Not that it does any good. Last night, I saw her. I felt her. And I remember her—every detail. I don’t know how I’ll forget.
We can’t ever go back to being just friends. I’m not sure I want to.

Securing Jane

How long they sat like that she wasn’t sure, but she felt more connected to Storm than she’d ever felt with another man. Ever. It should’ve scared her. Hell, they hadn’t even really kissed or spent much time together, but he’d shown by his actions that he wasn’t like the boys she’d dated in the past. He was a grown-ass man, an honorable one. One she was desperate to get to know intimately.

More Than Possess You by Shayla Black – Hayes has been best friends with Echo since they were children but when he takes her along on a business trip to Hawaii with their other friend Xavian things are about to become complicated. Echo wants to experience her first time and has chosen Xavian but she is not certain why Hayes is determined to thwart her plans as she knows what she wants and it is her decision to make and it’s not like he is willing to do the deed, or is he?

Securing Jane by Susan Stoker – Storm manages three SEAL teams and e has always believed that he could not have his career and a relationship even if Jane, the woman who delivers his mail, has attracted his attention. Jane has been attracted to Storm for a while but so is every other woman on the base so she does not believe he will ever see her as more than a co-worker who delivers the mail, but everything changes when she finds herself in danger.

I have not had a chance to read the Gravedigger’s Son by Darynda Jones, but I am looking forward to reading that story as well.
