Scottie is having difficulty fitting in with her co-workers as they are all blissfully married while she has just gone through a divorce that changed her. One white lie where she tells everyone she is married has left her in quite the dilemma when she needs a husband for a marriage camp that her boss and her husband are hosting.
Wilder is the brother of Scottie’s best friend who has just sold his business and is now a wealthy man. He hasn’t’ decided what comes next so when Scottie needs a pretend husband he is all in for the what he believes will be a fun experience and spending time with Scottie only increases the appeal.
Scottie and Wilder couldn’t be more different as he takes whatever comes their way while she tries to plan everything out which makes the situations they find themselves in humorous. Erin Mallon was a great choice for Scottie as you can feel her insecurities while Teddy Hamilton is swoony as he shows Scottie she is perfect just the way she is.
