Clark is a successful hockey player who is trying to deal with an injury during the offseason and has decided that he would rather do it surrounded by family. As part of his recovery the team has sent Eloise to assist and even though there are multiple reasons they shouldn’t be together his heart doesn’t agree.
Eloise has worked hard to get this position with the team based on her skills and not because her father is the coach. When she needs to spend her offseason with Clark away from her home she believes him to be entitled. She wasn’t prepared for the swoony man she getting to know or how her feelings for him were far from professional.
Fun and flirty Clark and Eloise romance is delightful. Their story finds the perfect balance between humor, romance and emotion and the secondary characters only make this heartwarming story even better.
