Meet Walker Rose:

Thanks for joining me for a cocktail and some girl talk. I live the dream in my own slice of paradise where I get to enjoy colorful sunsets from my rocking chair while I’m working. I have my very own romance hero with Mr. Rose and there’s more than a few little rose buds running around. A couple aren’t so little anymore! We keep things interesting with cats and a dog and the critters that roam though the yard (fingers crossed the mountain lions stay away).

The woman I spent one hot night with ends up being my boss’s daughter, and if I want to keep my job, I won’t touch her again.

I work with my two brothers on Hawthorne Guest Ranch. We do the behind-the-scenes stuff with the real ranch and have strict orders to stay away from the guests, the staff, and especially the boss’s daughters. I do see her again. The very next day, when she’s introduced not only as Jamison Hawthorne, but our newest staff member.

After attending a business meeting Iverson meets Sunny at a pub and the connection between them leads into a steamy evening.   He believes that she is only visiting so he is surprised to find out that she is his boss’s daughter and co-worker.    He knows that he needs to keep his distance as his and his brothers depend on it but some things are meant to be.

Now that she has finished school Sunny has returned to the family ranch to handle the finances.   She understands why Iverson needs to keep his distance however the chemistry between them is undeniable and choices must be made.

Sunny and Iverson were so much fun together and I enjoyed seeing them find their way to each other.    I am looking forward to the stories of Iverson’s brothers as well.
