Kevlar is the Sargeant at Arms for the Hellfire MC.   One of his tasks include viewing the activities at the diner which include Maren, the new server, and a group of men at one of the tables.   He realizes that something suspicious is going on and realizes that she believes that as well and now there is nothing he won’t do to protect her and claim her as his own.

Maren has recently started at the diner when she sees something she shouldn’t which has now put her at risk.   She now finds herself staying with Kevlar at the MC clubhouse while they try to eliminate the threat and as the sparks fly she realizes that being with Kevlar is the only place she wants to be.

Maren knows when to challenge Kevlar when required as this passionate protector has met his perfect match.
