It has been ingrained into Rina that men don’t stay, and she needs to focus on her career so that she can be self sufficient and not have to rely on anyone. This is why she is cautious when Oliver starts to break through her walls as she knows that if anyone found out they were together, let alone that she was expecting his baby, that her PR career for the team he plays for would be over.
Oliver has had feelings for Rina for a while and once they give in to the chemistry between them he isn’t about to let it end. Finding out she is pregnant only make him more determined that they will be together and he will show her that he is the one man she can count onto always be there for her.
I really enjoyed the special relationship that Rina had with her friends and the camaraderie between the team. From the beginning Oliver is all in and he will do whatever is necessary to show her that they belong together and not just because of the baby but because of their feelings for each other. Jason Clarke brings the charm and heat when it comes to Oliver while Mollie Stark brings the sass and the emotions of Rina and together they were perfection.
