Bennett is a professional hockey player whose latest actions have drawn the ire from the management of the team the suspension is only part of the plan. He now finds himself needing to repair his reputation with the help of Tori, who is not only scrutinizing his every move but is also the daughter of the owner of the team.
Tori has a career that doesn’t include working for her father’s hockey team however she now finds herself trying to keep Bennett in line. That would have been easier if he wasn’t so charming and when the chemistry implodes between them they can only hope that it won’t destroy both their lives both personally and professionally.
This is a story of evolution for both characters as Bennett shows that he is so much more than his reputation while Tori learns how much fun can be with the right person. The attraction between them is undeniable and the romance between them was heartwarming as they bring out the best in each other.
