Bailey Hart has mastered the art of staying small. A lighthouse-bookstore, a quiet life in Coral Bell Cove, and enough romance novels to drown out the heartbreak she swore she’d never repeat. She’s sworn off big leaps, big risks, and especially the boy who once left her love note—and her heart—on full display.
Crew Wright was supposed to have it all. The charming quarterback with a Southern smile and a future paved in stadium lights… until an injury sent everything crashing down. Now he’s back home to heal his shoulder, his pride, and the parts of himself he buried beneath fame. He’s not expecting Bailey—the girl who saw him before the world ever did.
What starts as borrowed tools, paint-splattered afternoons, and late-night confessions quickly turns into something neither of them can outrun. Bailey wants to protect her heart. Crew wants a second chance to prove he won’t break it.
But when old wounds reopen and the world comes calling for him again, they’ll have to decide if love is something you chase… or something you stay for.

NYT and USA Today Bestselling author Kaylee Ryan brings you a new standalone series surrounding the Nashville Rampage football team. Follow the Play is a single dad, nanny, friends-to-lovers, forced proximity sports romance.
Baker
Being a single dad was never part of the playbook, but one look at my son and everything changed.
Now football and fatherhood are my whole world—a world that gets turned upside down when my nanny quits two weeks before training camp.
Sloane Peterson runs interference by stepping in to help.
She’s sweet, dependable, and the one woman I shouldn’t want. Not when our lives are so entwined.
But every time she smiles at my son—or me—it gets harder to remember that our little arrangement is only temporary.
Sloane
Taking a short-term nanny gig for Nashville Rampage’s most eligible DILF has disaster written all over it.
But when Daddy Sin is in a bind, I do just that. It keeps me from waiting tables, and his son is the cutest little boy on the planet.
Baker Sinclair is famous, has a body like a Greek god, and when he’s in daddy mode… he’s irresistible. He’s also currently my new boss, and completely forbidden.
The longer I’m in his home, the less this feels like a job.
Because between reading bedtime stories and baking cookies, I can’t imagine my life without them… either of them. Too bad love doesn’t follow lesson plans… or playbooks.
Baker is a professional football player and a single father to his son Camden. Finding out that his son’s nanny is relocating has him needing to secure alternate care as quickly as possible. Sloane being laid off from her teaching job is bad news for her but good news for Baker as he already knows her and she would be the perfect solution even if it is only temporary.
When Sloane is laid off from her teaching job she finds herself at an impasse as the chance of getting a new job before the next school year was unlikely. Working for Baker is a win-win for them both as he needs a nanny and she needs a job but developing feelings for father and son were not part of the arrangement.
I enjoyed seeing the relationship between Baker and Sloane unfold as the more they learnt about each other the more they wanted to know. They are so supportive of each other and the love they had for each other and for Camden was adorable as they prove they are much stronger together than apart.

𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝: 𝐚 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐓𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐨 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝟑) by USA Today Bestselling Author Louise Bay is coming on January 6th, 2026! He’s an uptight New Yorker. She’s a real-as-it-gets farm girl from Colorado. They’re from different worlds, but their worlds are about to collide.
Marry the right girl. From the right family. With the right last name.
I’m Jack Alden—the only son of the Alden dynasty. The kind of New York family that’s been around since ships were made of wood and fortunes were built on steel.
My mother’s been trying to find me a “suitable” wife for years.
So naturally, I fall for a woman who couldn’t care less about any of it.
Iris Williams.
I first saw her at the New York City Ballet—crying in the stalls like the music had cracked her open. She didn’t know who I was. She wasn’t performing for anyone. She was just… real.
One night with her, and I remembered what it felt like to actually breathe.
Then she disappeared.
Months later, I find her again—on a fruit farm in the middle of Colorado, hurling raspberries at me like she’s auditioning for a food fight. Turns out, Iris is smart, stubborn, and not remotely impressed by a billionaire with a trust fund and an overbearing mother.
She makes me laugh.
She makes me think.
And for the first time in my life, I want something that isn’t written in my family’s history books.
But old money comes with old rules.
And loving Iris means breaking every single one.
They say you can’t choose where you come from.
Maybe not.
But you can choose who you fight for.
And this time, I’m choosing her.
Because when it comes to Iris Williams—I don’t just love.

💗Review💗 Wren has shared a special friendship with Axel that was destined to be so much more until life got in the way. They haven’t had any contact since she left a couple years earlier however when her life implodes she returns to her hometown and the best place to start over is by working for him at his ranch which will mean facing the past and the events that tore them apart.
Even though Axel was hurt by Wren’s departure and that she didn’t give him a thought when she left that doesn’t diminish the feelings he still has for her. Seeing her again it is like they were never apart however they still must deal with the pain in the past as well as the complications in the present.
Wren and Axel have always belonged together, and the depth of their feelings shines through whether they are disagreeing or giving into the love between them. Axel is determined to be there for Wren, both personally and professionally, and he is determined that nothing will ever come between them again.
She’s done with men forever. He loves a challenge.

💜Review💜
There are two very different sides to Willow as her job at the Surf Club Café is very different than her nighttime activities of trying to right wrongs. Her romantic history goes beyond unsuccessful as evidenced by her last relationship that left her in jeopardy and has her determined to keep all men at a distance including Gabe.
Gabe works in security and has a difficult romantic past of his own. He works in security and his feelings for her intensified when he provided security for her and now that he has gotten to know her he knows they are meant to be together and is determined and patient in his pursuit.
I enjoyed the development of Willow and Gabe’s characters as they brought out the best in each other and the secondary characters added a different aspect to the story and leaves you wanting more of this intriguing series.
He paid the price for someone else’s mistake and lost the only thing that mattered.
Kingston
I’ve got the money, the mountain, and the silence I thought I wanted. I should be content. It’s more than I deserve. But no matter how I try to atone for my sins, I’m still an ex-con with too many secrets and too many regrets. Years ago, I walked away from everything: my name, my future, and the only woman I ever loved. I never wanted her to waste her life on a man like me. I thought I could stay hidden. I thought I could keep her safe. I thought the pain would fade. I was wrong.
Scarlett
He broke up with me and disappeared like none of it ever mattered. Now Kingston Raines is back. The reclusive billionaire who brought my small mountain town back to life is the same man I’ve spent years trying to forget. But I haven’t forgotten. Time hasn’t touched the way he shattered what we had. I’m done letting him hide behind guilt and scars while pretending we never existed. There’s a reason he still looks at me like I’m the only thing that ever mattered. He made the choice to leave. Now I’m choosing to make him remember everything we had, no matter how much it hurts both of us.
Kingston would do anything for those he loves and that includes protecting them by pleading guilty to a crime he didn’t commit and distancing himself from them so they could move on with their lives. Now that he has served his time he has returned to his hometown a successful businessman and is helping people anonymously until all is revealed and it brings his first and only love to his door.
Scarlett was hurt when he wouldn’t see her when everything went down and hasn’t moved forward with her life. That hurt is only intensified to find out he has returned without contacting her but this time around she is going to finally get the answers she needs.
The love between Kingston and Scarlett hasn’t diminished over time however they need to work through their painful past as well as the complications in the present and decide if what they share is worth fighting for.
Who cares if the soulful blue of his eyes lures me in every time he stares at me like he wants to either kiss me or kill me? It might be both. Either way, he looks good.
