⭐️Review When Violet finds herself facing the public humiliation of being betrayed by her celebrity husband she heads to the one place that holds so many happy memories, Ember Falls. It is there that she reunites with Dylan, her first love, however destiny has one further surprise to hand out that she didn’t leave her marriage alone.
Everett has always loved Violet but while her dreams resulted in her leaving their hometown the love and loyalty he felt for his family not only had him staying but pushing aside the future he had planned. Seeing Violet again he isn’t about to lose her a second time and is more than willing to be the man that she and her baby deserve.
The heat between them was intense, the banter was entertaining and the romance enchanting but it was the emotional pull of these characters that made their story so special.
“I’ve been thinking about you constantly since that day at the pool.”
She gasped. “Me too.”
I tilted my head, looking from her lips to her eyes. “But you’ve refused to stay for dinner since.”
She swallowed hard. “I thought it might be easier, you know?”
“What would be easier?”
“If I wasn’t so tempted by you.”
I forgot myself completely then. Forgot that there were three other people in this house—and that one of them was my son. Forgot that she was his nanny and completely off-limits.
I kissed her. She tasted like cherries.
I was a goner the second I pressed my mouth to hers. With both hands on her hips, barely keeping myself from bunching her shirt up so I could feel her bare skin, I kissed and kissed her until I was out of breath. And still, I didn’t pull apart.

Duncan Sterling needs to hire a nanny. And fast.
When I’m not making my son waffles for breakfast or teaching him how to swim, I am running a billion-dollar business. My life is scheduled to the minute, and that’s the way it has to be. So, when my nanny unexpectedly quits, I need to find a replacement ASAP.
Riley is not what I expected. She’s so damn attractive—and funny — not nanny material at all. But seeing her with Jeremy makes me realize she’s exactly who he needs. I just have to burn into my brain that she’s totally off limits.
It’s been my son and me for years, ever since his mother left us. And from that point on, I’ve sworn to myself that I wouldn’t bring another woman into Jeremy’s life. Why confuse the poor kid with someone else that will probably leave? Nope. No dating at all! That’s worked well until now.
But the more time I spend with Riley, the more I realize she’s exactly what I need too.

🧡Review🧡 It’s been a decade since Sebastian’s heart was pulverized when his relationship with Adam and Savannah ended and so much has changed. His career has surpassed his dreams, and Adam is no longer with Savannah. Even though he hasn’t been part of Adam’s life when his private life is about to be exposed not only is he there for him, but he helps arrange a marriage with Linnea, a close friend who feels like more.
The marriage is a win-win for everyone involved. Linnea has had feelings for Sebastian for years but that situation is about to become a lot more complicated when you throw Adam into the mix especially when it comes to the past between him and Sebastian.
The physical chemistry between Linnea and the men is intense as well as the chemistry between Adam and Sebastian but it is the depth of the feelings they have for each other that make this story so captivating and leaves you wanting more.

Everything I’d ever done had been because of Scarlett Green.

I planned to offer her a place to live. After all, I had just bought a large three-bedroom condo after signing a five-year contract with the New York Predators.
Only our time was short lived when my past came back to haunt me in the form of a child I knew nothing about. Overnight, my life was turned upside down. Like the good woman Scarlett is, she immediately put a stop to everything between us, demanding I concentrate on learning how to raise my baby boy while playing hockey.

Within six months of my return, I ran into Scarlett and her brother at one of our home games. She’s not only moving to Vancouver but she is here to do an article on the team for the new Canadian division of the Ice Insiders, a sports publication. After one disastrous run in with her I learn she’s living in my building and looking to find Mr. Right. Burn Bag: The act of throwing all caution to the wind and burning down all previous plans.
Nothing in my life had worked out as expected.
I lost the woman I loved to another man, my father had been shot in front of me, and I nearly died in his grave when a sniper tried to take me out.
Suffice it to say, things could have been going better for me.
So, I tore up the game plan, went online, and found myself a wife.
Everything was finally coming up roses.
And then she lifted the veil…
When I said I was burning down my old life, I didn’t really understand what that entailed.
But I laid it all on the line for this woman, and I wasn’t walking away for anything.
No matter how many times either of us ended up in the hospital.
The veil covered her face, but I knew what waited underneath would be absolutely breathtaking. She had been gorgeous in that coffee house, so I knew today would be even more amazing. Women always did themselves up for their weddings.
“I can’t believe this is really happening,” I choked out. “I’m finally getting married.”
“Congratulations,” Red muttered, though he didn’t sound too thrilled.
Everyone in the church was in awe of the woman walking toward me. She was absolutely beautiful. God, my heart was clenching at what was about to happen.
Finally, after what felt like five minutes, she stood beside me. Grinning like a fool, I took the veil and lifted it, brushing it back over her head.
And paused in confusion.
Blond hair. Check.
Blue eyes. Nope.
Long, slender nose. Nope.
Short? Not really.
“Um…” I stared at the woman who was not the woman I chose to marry, and failed to say anything else.
“Emily decided she couldn’t make it,” the woman smiled. “I’m Daphne. I’m filling in for her.”
Filling in. As if she was taking her place in a race instead of a marriage. My heart thundered in my chest as I heard Red chuckling behind me. What the hell was I supposed to do now? All these people were here, waiting for me to get married. I’d told everyone she was the woman of my dreams, and then she failed to show.
And she even got a stand in.
“I’m sorry, what?”
The woman looked a tad nervous as she leaned in closer. “Daphne Gray. It’s nice to meet you.”
I had two choices. I could go walk out and lick my wounds—admit that this whole thing had been a stupid decision—or I could go through with this insanity and save face. At least for the next day.
“Bradford Kavanaugh,” I said after just a moment of hesitation. “Let’s get married.”

I’m a stay at home mom that loves to read. Some of my favorite titles are Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Horatio Hornblower. I started writing when I was trying to come up with suggestions on ways I could help bring in some extra money. I came up with the idea that I could donate plasma because you could earn an extra $500/month. My husband responded with, “No. Find something else. Write a blog. Write a book.” I didn’t think I had anything to share on blog that a thousand other mothers hadn’t already thought of. I decided to take his challenge seriously and sat down to write my first book, Jack. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed writing. From there, the stories continued to flow and I haven’t been able to stop. I hope my readers enjoy my books as much as I enjoy writing them. Between reading, writing, and taking care of three small kids, my days are quite full.
