Nate is the one who is always there for everyone else while he keeps his struggles to himself which isolates him from the ups and downs of life. When Samantha, his brother’s best friend, needs a date for a family event he offers to pretend to be her boyfriend. He thinks it will be a favor but he never expected that she might just be the one to help him heal.

There are no words to describe Samantha’s family and the way they treat her. After recently breaking up with her ex she knows that it will be more unbearable than it usually in until Nate offers to come with her.
