This life is a choice. One you make with or without confliction.
Corbin
Things are happening in my town and my county. We’re split between two clubs. Rivals that share blood and a common enemy.
Witches.
I hate them. All of them. I have my reasons, but fate seems to have other plans. Plans I donβt care much for.
The day she comes into my life, I want to throw the raven-haired, emerald-eyed beauty out, but she can help in ways we need. The question is, can I resist the bond between us when the heat grows hot?
Danger swirls around us and weβre left with no other choice but to trust one another. Conflicted, I decide to let my instincts lead, even when that decision puts her in my arms.

Releasing February 6, 2025
Trace Farrington was the love of my teenage life, until his family ran me out of town, heartbroken and pregnant. They told me he didn’t want me any more. When he never came to find me, I had no choice but to believe them.
Now my father has passed away, and I have to return to Willowbrook. The old farmhouse needs closing up and the funeral arrangements made. It’s the least I can do for the man who always supported me.
But returning to Willowbrook means facing the Farringtons and seeing Trace again.
I should be angry with him. I shouldn’t want anything to do with him, but when we meet, old feelings resurface and I’m lost. We aren’t teenagers anymore, and with age has come wisdom and maybe even forgiveness.
Trace wants a second chance, but I have no idea what I want anymore. I’m a mother now, and starting over isn’t just about me.
Emotions and tempers are running high. Can we put the past behind us, or are there larger things at play keeping us apart? Things set into motion all those years ago.
Piper Wylde is an author who writes small town, contemporary romance that will make you feel all the feels. She lives with her husband, son, two neurotic golden retrievers and a put-upon cat who rules the house. Piper is from England and living the dream of her own small town existence in the countryside. She spends her days in imaginary worlds, and drinking as much tea as physically possible.
As the number one quarterback in college football, my only dream is to make it to pro.
My richer-than-sin parents have a different goal.
Their plan is for me to score a trophy wife whose trust fund can hold its own against mine, then join the family empire after graduation. The latter half of that plan means giving up my dream of professional football. The first part means sitting through excruciating dates with girls who already have their wedding vows written.
In an attempt to free myself from one of my perpetual nightmares, I announce that Iβm already in a serious, long-term relationship.
Which is a great excuse to get out of a dateβif it were true.
To save the lie, I talk the intriguing campus black cat, Briar Hart, into pretending to be my girlfriend. She has a prickly heart, and sheβs made it clear that she hates jocks.
But after I offer her something she canβt refuse, weβre suddenly faking our happily-ever-after to everyone.
If Iβm not careful, I may start to believe it too.
πReviewπ
Briar is trying to adjust to the challenges that life has thrown at her which not only forced her to give up her dream but in the aftermath she faces the repercussions on a daily basis. The last thing she thinks she needs is Cassius in her life, but he gives her hope for the future she had given up on and all she must do is pretend they are a couple.
Cassius has dreams for his future, and they donβt include working for the family business and marrying an acceptable woman that is chosen by his parents. He decides the best way to chart his own course is by having his parents believe that he is in a committed relationship and who better than Briar. She needs something from him and there is something about her that makes it difficult to walk away from.
The personalities of Cassius and Briar couldnβt be more different, but they balance each other to perfection. The way they understand and support each other are only a few of the aspects that make their relationship so special.
About the Authors:
S. Massery:
S. Massery is a dark romance author who loves injecting a good dose of suspense into her stories. She lives in Western Massachusetts with her dog, Alice.
Before adventuring into the world of writing, she went to college in Boston and held a wide variety of jobs–including working on a dude ranch in Wyoming (a personal highlight). She has a love affair with coffee and chocolate. When S. Massery isn’t writing, she can be found devouring books, playing outside with her dog, or trying to make people smile.
S.J. Sylvis is an Amazon top 50 and USA Today bestselling author who is best known for her angsty new adult romances. She currently resides in Arizona with her husband, two small kiddos, and dog. She is obsessed with coffee, becomes easily attached to fictional characters, and spends most of her evenings buried in a book!
Brittanee is an author who lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two children. Her town is a character in itself in all of her books.
When she is not writing she enjoys spending time outdoors by the water with her children, reading at the beach or by the pool (or really anywhere), dancing with her friends, singing Karaoke, spinning, bike riding and boating.
Some of her favorite authors are Sophia Kinsella, Elin Hilderbrand, Liane Moriarty, Mary Higgins Clark, Meghan Quinn, Daphne Elliott, Amy Alves, Claire Kingsley, Melanie Harlow, Christina Lauren, Sally Thorne and Sarah Adams. (Clearly, she has a problem and canβt pick favorites.)
I wear my emotions on my tattoo-covered sleeve, I say all the wrong things and I revel in pissing off a certain redhead far more than I should. In other words, Iβm the last person the court would choose to parent any child, let alone three of them.
Yet being their father is all I want.
So when the woman I love to hate offers to help make all my dreams come true, I jump at the chance. Marrying Ava is a convenient solution: sheβs my kids favorite person and the court will absolutely approve of the woman who runs the biggest charity in Boston.
But there is nothing convenient about the way I feel when she fights with me, or when we kiss. And Iβm not sure which I enjoy more.
This marriage may have a time limit but Iβm beginning to think Iβd like to keep my wife. Sheβll probably fight me on it, but as they say, allβs fair in love and war.
πReviewπ Tyler is a professional hockey player and a single father to three kids that he wants to adopt. He knows that his best chance to ensure that happens is to show he has the stability to look after them with the help of a wife. The last person he expected to agree to become is wife was Ava, the woman he has had feelings for since they first met who wants nothing to do with him.
Ava doesnβt allow many people close but when she does her loyalty and love is unparalleled. Even though she doesnβt have the best opinion of Tyler she wants these kids to have the best life they can even if it includes marriage. The only problem is that the more she gets to know him she realizes that he is nothing like she believed and now her heart could become collateral damage.
Tyler is the perfect mix of sweet and swoony as he shows Ava with everything he does and says how special she is to him. The interactions between them are humorous and hot and when life throws them curveballs they prove they are stronger together than apart.

The past never stays buried. From childhood, it was clear that my body was never my own. My mind kept me safe, shielding me from things better left in the dark. I don’t remember life before Cam Axley and I’m not sure I want to. Cam holds the key to whatever is left of my heart. Every piece of me was forged by those who saw me as nothing more than something to use-except him. He calls me his beautiful little psycho. But now, with the truth clawing its way to the surface, Iβm forced to confront the monster I was made to be. Iβm not just a weapon they bred. I am the darkness that was programmed into me. And if Iβm going to survive this wicked game, Iβll have to face my past, even if it means burning the last pieces of light in my soul.Β
Cam:Β
I am the monster I was created to be. The rage is all thatβs left of me, the only thing that keeps the demons at bay. I am the wildcard, the monster hiding in the dark. Lakey Aldrich… sheβs the only one who still sees meβreally sees meβand maybe thatβs why Iβm still here. Together, weβve made it this far, holding each other through this hell. We are bound by the fire that tried to destroy us. There once was a time where we tried for a normal life. But the more I remember, the more I realize thereβs no escape from the person Iβve become. The past isnβt something I can redeem. Itβs the thing that defines me, and itβs coming for me, piece by piece. We’ll be waiting. Our love isn’t soft or gentle. It’s fire and blood. And it’s the screams of everyone who gets in our way.Β
When her nose isnβt buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, sheβs in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. Itβs a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesnβt listen to herβ¦
π§‘Review𧑠Harmony has finally found the courage to leave her husband and create a new life for her and son Wyatt however her husband and his powerful are both powerful and wealthy and are making it as difficult for her as she can. She never expected her neighbor to come to her rescue when her husband shows up at her door or that he would be willing to give her the fresh start she needs.
Due to a tragedy six years earlier, Brady wants nothing to do with Wyatt due to the damage that they inflicted not only on his family but the town as well. When he sees Harmony and Wyatt struggling he canβt stand by and is willing to take on the man he despises to be with the woman and child who have captured his heart.
With the support of Brady I enjoyed seeing Harmony find the love and happiness that she and Wyatt deserved as she has been through so much to get to this point. Gregory Salina was the perfect choice as brings out the protector in Brady while Savannah Peachwood brings out the strength and independence of Harmony.
He watched Kasi swallow heavily, watched her blink back tears, never shedding a single one.
Leviβs heart broke and came to life simultaneously as he reached out, gripped her upper arms, and pulled her toward him.
Kasi stood stiffly, her hands balled in fists against his chest, as he ran his hands up and down her back, slowly rocking her. It only took a moment for her hands to open, pressing flat against his chest, leaving him to wonder if she was going to push him away.
Levi didnβt loosen his grip, but he didnβt tighten it either.
A full minute passed before her shoulders sagged and her body gave way. She wrapped her arms around his middle, pressed her cheek to his chest, and just held on.
Levi knew in an instant that he would hold her like this for the rest of her life if that was what she needed. It was a heavy, misplaced, strange thought, but it was the truest, most real thing heβd ever felt.
She was shorter than him, most people were, the top of her head brushing his chin. He bent lower, placing a soft kiss to her hair, loving the way her hold on him tightened in response.
And between one beat of his heart and the next, Levi fell.
She was his.
Kasi Mills was his.
And just like that, his entire world clicked into place.
