When Elle’s father remarried after her mother passed away life as she knew it was uprooted and she now finds herself living with a stepmother and two stepsisters who don’t just exclude her but try to make her life as difficult as possible. After the tragic death of her father her living situation becomes even worse and her only solace is her volunteer work at the animal shelter.
