Lenore has been best friend with Jesse since they were children and over time that friendship evolved into love. She made the choice to leave her hometown to protect those she loved but five years later when she returns with her daughter, she must not only face her past but Jesse as well.
Jesse gave his heart to Lenore years ago and when she returns he realizes that distance nor time have diminished the feelings between them. With so many secrets between them will they be able to overcome the past or are they destined for heartbreak a second time.
The problems between them weren’t because they didn’t love each other but rather handling the obstacles that life threw at them. With a little understanding and clarity they may just get to live the life they were destined to have.
