Weston enjoys his career as a helicopter pilot for the military and his life far away from Colorado and the painful memories of the past. When his brother call asks him to return home and help rejuvenate the family business although his first instinct is to say no love and loyalty won’t let him.

Callie and her daughter Sutton have been a part of Madigan Mountain since she was born and West had a part in it. Years later they now find themselves sharing accommodations and that is when the fun really begins. Callie is determined to help him get over his surly attitude and allows her and Sutton to see the fun and caring man that he doesn’t share with many people.

I enjoyed seeing the relationship unfold not only between Weston and Callie but Weston and Sutton as well. Both Callie and Weston have overcome so much emotional turmoil which has shaped them into the people they and makes them appreciate what love and happiness truly means.
