Ridge has a devastating loss of his own however he has been unable to share what happened with those he is closest to. When he meets Aurora, he senses a kindred soul and he wants to help her make peace with her past but he never expected that she would allow him to make peace with his own.
The devastating losses that both Aurora and Ridge were dealt were difficult enough but when they find themselves estranged from the people who should have been there for them it only makes it more painful. They understand, support and give each other hope for the future.
