When you’re in the business of death, things are pretty, well, dead. Even with a motorcycle club hanging around these days, things are pretty chill or least they were until Rocco Franks walked through the doors of Brooks Mortuary and Cremation. When Dorothy learns that her boss has passed away at the funeral home where she works it is only natural that she is a little nervous. One of the conditions is that her job is safe when his new assumes control so finding out that he is biker and that she was attracted to him was a twist she wasn’t expecting.
Rocco wasn’t sure what to expect when he inherited his uncle’s funeral home, but it certainly wasn’t Dorothy. Between the feelings he was developing for her and the suspicious events they as well as the MC find themselves trying to uncover the truth before it escalates any further.
The banter between Dorothy and Rocco as well as the MC was entertaining, and Rocco’s steadfast personality was the perfect balance for Dorothy’s quirky side as they take us on a fun and intriguing ride.
