After what she has been through with her now ex-boyfriend all Mazzy wants to do is get out of New Zealand and get home. She is having difficulty making that happen until a swoony stranger comes to her rescue and pays for her flight. When they find themselves stranded overnight they give in to the attraction between them and then go their separate ways not expecting to see each other again however the situation is complicated by the baby they are now expecting.

Ben is a professional rugby player who hasn’t forgotten his night with Mazzy however five years later he is confused when he is accused of wanting nothing to do with Mazzy and their daughter Katty. When he finds out about the misunderstanding when Mazzy tried to reach out to him his only concern is showing Mazzy and Katty that he is the man and father they both need.

Mistakes and misunderstanding were made on both sides which not only kept them apart but added some turmoil as they tried to find their way to each other. The chemistry and connection between them is stronger than ever and seeing the devoted father in Ben emerge was heartwarming. Let’s not forget to mention that the Wells family and the way they accepted Mazzy and Katty was exactly what they deserved.
