There hasn’t been a time that Maxim hasn’t known that Victoria was meant to be his however he also knew for that to happen he needed to be patient. They are now in college when she approaches him as she wants to help out someone she loves and that means joining the secret society. He will help her but he has his own agenda which is claiming her as his own.
Victoria is strong, independent and will do anything for those she loves.
