Needing to distance herself from the situation Ali found herself in and the person who caused it she goes to the place where she feels safe which is with her brother. She is happy to be near him and determined to show her that he didnât make a mistake by hiring her and that includes not getting personally involved with his teammates.
Wolf is the goaltender for the Vancouver Vikings who has distanced himself from everyone in his life due to his past. When he meets Ali she him feeling emotions he never expected or wanted to feel again however and feeling them for his teammateâs sister is the definition of complicated.
Wolf and Ali take us on an emotional ride as they are both going through a tumultuous time in their life. The chemistry and connection were never in doubt and seeing Wolf let Ali into his life was what made their relationship so special.
