A Very Good Bad Idea 🏘️ Now Live

A Very Good Bad Idea by Emma Chase is now live!

New York Times bestselling author Emma Chase is back with this red-hot romantic comedy about two rival real estate developers who inherit the same lucrative property in a small beach town. There’s just one catch: they have to live in it…together.

No loopholes. No backing out. No leaving for four months.

Damon Burke is intense, handsome and vengefully calculating—he’s also certain he’ll outlast his competitor.

Jade Buchanan is brilliant, ruthless, and absolutely not losing to him.

But the house seems to have a mind of its own. With faulty wiring, a leaking roof, drafty windows and the occasional wild-life infestation, it just might be trying to kill them. And the more Damon and Jade try to oust each other from the property, the more it brings them together.

Sparks fly, tempers clash—but eventually, all their walls come crumbling down.

It’s a bad idea to get too close to your enemy. To care about them, need them, want them more than you’ve ever wanted anything.

But when rivalry becomes something more than they ever expected, Damon and Jade discover love can be a very good bad idea.

🏘️Review🏘️
Jade works for her father’s property development company and believes that she will be inheriting a property from another resident in town passes away. The surprise is on her as not only isn’t she the only beneficiary but to inherit she must live in the house for four months and if she leaves the other beneficiary will inherit everything so now she just needs to find a way to get him to leave.

Damon is the other beneficiary, and his background couldn’t be more different from Jade’s. He too is surprised that he isn’t the only beneficiary and he already has an opinion of her because of who her father is. He believes he can find a way to make her leave but the more time he spends with her the more unsure he is that he wants that to happen.

The situations that Jade and Damon find themselves in are humorous and the interactions between them are entertaining. They each consider the other the enemy however the forced proximity, the steam and seeing them get to know each other beyond what they see turns these rivals into romance.
