Ivy is tired of being protected by her older siblings even if it comes from a place of caring. Now that she has finished school, she has moved to Vegas to work at her sister’s company. Cash is a professional hockey star who was attracted to Ivy from the moment he saw her but he wants nothing to do with any Bradley due to the trouble that could have happened which he blames them for. A bet between him and his teammate leads to a marriage that came about due to a little too much fun and alcohol and now they decide to stay married to protect both their reputations. Developing feelings for each other was against the rules but their hearts didn’t agree and now a secret stands between them that could destroy everything.
The romance between Ivy and Cash was fun to watch and the chemistry between them intense. When all is revealed, you can feel Ivy’s hurt, but Cash isn’t about to just let her walk away and now he needs to show her that what they share is very real and that she is all that matters.
